MASALIKUNA; Journal of Fiqh Sosial and Turāṡ

MASALIKUNA: Journal of Fiqh Sosial and Turāś is a trilingual (Indonesian, English and Arabic), peer-reviewed journal published twice a year (June and December) since 2026 by Ma'had Aly Pesantren Maslakul Huda. The journal is dedicated to presenting scholarly articles, including both research findings and conceptual studies, on Fiqh (Islamic Jurisprudence), Ushul al-Fiqh and Maqashid (Philosophy of Islamic Law). MASALIKUNA JOURNAL invites scholars, researchers, and students to contribute the results of their studies and research in the areas related to Philosophy of Islamic Law (studies Uṣūlu al-fiqh and Maqāṣidu as-syarī‘ah), Fiqh Sosial (Social Islamic Jurisprudence) and Contextualization of Kitab Kuning (Modern interpretation of classical Islamic texts).
