Peer Review Process
The review process in MASALIKUNA: Journal of Fiqh Sosial and Turāś utilizes a double-blind peer review system. The review process is conducted transparently, objectively, and fairly, without regard to the author's ethnicity, gender, religion, citizenship, or institutional affiliation.
Upon submission, manuscripts undergo an initial editorial assessment regarding compliance with the journal’s focus, scope, and formatting template. Suitable manuscripts are then assigned to qualified peer reviewers based on their field of expertise. Reviewers evaluate the manuscript and provide constructive feedback to the editorial team. If revisions are required, the editorial team returns the manuscript to the author along with the reviewers' notes. Authors are expected to revise their work accordingly before re-submitting it for final evaluation.
All published research articles undergo full peer review based on the following key principles:
Each manuscript is evaluated by at least two independent expert reviewers.
Final publication decisions are made by the Editor-in-Chief based on the reviewers' recommendations.
Members of the International Editorial Board provide oversight, strategic guidance, and academic assistance for specific submissions.
Managing Editors and Editorial Staff provide administrative support to preserve the integrity of the peer review process while ensuring rapid turnaround times.
